Getting Started

  • What if I can’t find a product I need?

    Please send an email to us at info@tmaglobal.com with a detailed description of the product(s) and we will contact you once we have it in our warehouse.

  • When will I receive my order?

    For customers in the Greater Seattle Area, you will receive your package within 1-2 days. For customers outside the Greater Seattle Area, you will receive your package within 2-8 days if you select the “Free Delivery” option during checkout. However, you also have the option to select “Premium Shipping” to receive your package in 2-3 days.

    Note that customers in Washington State have the option for in-store pick up; please call our customer care line (+1 346-339-2746) to schedule.
  • When will I get my refund?

    Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your request for a refund.

  • Does TMA offer replacements and exchanges?

    If you are not satisfied with the products received, kindly contact us via email at info@tmaglobal.com or by phone at +1 346-339-2746. Our team will be happy to address your concerns and will offer a replacement product where necessary. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy. Note that we do not accept returns on food products in order to maintain the integrity and quality of the products stored in our warehouse.
