Made from cassava root, ijebu garri (aka gari or cassava flour) can be eaten in a variety of ways: soak in a chilled bowl of water or milk and sugar to enjoy as a breakfast/lunch cereal or stir into a boiling pot of water and enjoy with a bowl of soup.
